Michael and Valerie Clay are experienced REAL ESTATE INVESTORS looking to help people avoid foreclosure or sell a house that needs repairs. WE ARE NOT YOUR TYPCIAL HOUSE FLIPPERS!!! We live in each property that we buy and turn it into a home.

Our offer to purchase reflects the seller not having to clean, repair, move furnishings, or list the home on the market. WE USUALLY BUY AS-IS WITH NO CONTINGENCIES. Valerie is a licensed inactive real estate agent who works with a closing attorney to handle all the closing details, so the seller's responsibilities are minimal.
